Caroline Reeves, BA
Head of Project Management Office
Caroline is Flowminder's Head of PMO (Project Management Office), working across the scope of our projects. She is responsible for providing insight on our project portfolio and supporting the successful delivery of our projects. Through the PMO, Caroline leads on embedding robust standards in project delivery methodologies, processes and tools, working with our project managers as we continuously improve our delivery.
Caroline studied French and Spanish at the University of Southampton, and trained in Lean Six Sigma, Prince2 and P3O (Portfolio, Programme and Project Offices). Prior to joining Flowminder Caroline worked at Carnival UK in project management and business improvement, most recently with newbuild ships. Caroline joined Flowminder to bring together her project and process improvement work to support the Flowminder team in delivering impactful and sustainable projects.
Caroline joined Flowminder to apply her project and process improvement work to support the Flowminder team in improving the lives of vulnerable populations. Caroline enjoys learning from the Flowminder team every day, particularly with all things data!
