We are pleased to announce the appointment of two new members to our Board: Caspar Luyten, who brings extensive expertise in the technology and telecommunications sectors, and Aditi Maheshwari, whose strong background in climate policy will further strengthen our strategic capabilities.
About Caspar
Caspar Luyten is an experienced international executive with a career spanning technology, telecoms, renewable energy, and wholesale & retail. He has held several senior general management roles, including Chief Regional Officer Asia at Telefónica, Chief Business Officer at Agile TV, and Managing Director at Naturhouse Health.
Sharing his motivation for joining the Board, Caspar said:

About Aditi
Aditi Maheshwari is a climate executive with over 20 years of experience working at the intersection of climate policy, finance, and implementation. She currently serves as Managing Director for Climate Action Implementation at C40 Cities Climate Leadership Group, where she leads programme design, delivery, and funder engagement for urban climate action initiatives spanning multiple regions and sectors.
Explaining why she’s excited to take on the role, Aditi said:
The Board member role offers an ideal opportunity to contribute to an organisation whose work addresses critical gaps in development planning and service delivery optimisation. The prospect of contributing to work that directly improves the lives of vulnerable populations most impacted by climate change through innovative data solutions is both personally meaningful and professionally energising.
